Processing Times
Each magnet is custom-made with care! Orders typically take 3–5 business days to create before shipping. Larger or bulk orders may require up to 10-14 business days, depending on design volume and customization.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We ship nationwide across the U.S. using USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on weight and location.

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

Priority shipping: 2–3 business days after processing
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your total order weight and delivery address.
Local Pickup
If you’re located near our studio in Michigan, you can choose Local Pickup at checkout to save on shipping. We’ll email you when your order is ready for collection.
Tracking Your Order
Once your magnets ship, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While rare, shipping delays can occur once your package leaves our studio. If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 business days, please contact us and we’ll help track it down.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States, but we hope to expand soon!
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us photos within 7 days of delivery. We’ll happily send a replacement at no additional cost.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Each magnet we make is custom-crafted just for you. It is printed, cut, and assembled by hand with care. Because every order is made from your personal photos, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges due to photo selection, cropping, or design errors made during upload. Please double-check your images before submitting your order.
We will happily replace your order if:

Your magnets arrive damaged in transit

We made a printing or manufacturing error
To request a replacement, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We’ll review it right away and send a replacement at no additional cost.
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

Blurry, dark, or low-resolution photos provided by the customer

Mistakes in photo selection or spelling (if personalized text was added)

General dissatisfaction with photo choice or layout after approval
Our magnets are made to last, and we want you to love them, if something seems off, please reach out. We’re always happy to help troubleshoot or make it right where possible.
