What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if something arrives damaged, please reach out within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll replace it right away.
Do you accept returns?
Because every magnet is custom-made, we don’t accept returns. However, if there’s ever an issue with quality or printing, we’ll make it right.
What’s an NFC magnet?
NFC (Near Field Communication) magnets let people tap their phone to open a link, perfect for small businesses, musicians, real estate agents, nonprofits, or “save-the-dates” for a wedding. We can program them to open your website, social media, donation page, merch page, wedding song, etc
Is there an extra cost for NFC chips?
Yes! NFC-enabled magnets are + $1 per magnet. Custom programming is included in that fee.
How does a live event setup work?
We bring our professional printer, supplies, and signage. Guests text, email or scan a custom QR code, upload their photo, and receive their magnet in minutes. It’s easy, fun, and adds an interactive touch to your event.
What’s included in an event booking?
4-hour service window (additional hours available)
On-site setup and teardown
Guest upload gallery (if requested)
Protective packaging for each magnet
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 3-6 months in advance to secure your date, especially for weekends or large festivals.
Is there a deposit required?
Yes, a $250 non-refundable deposit secures your event date. The remaining balance is due one week before your event.
Can I sponsor magnets for a nonprofit or fundraiser?
Definitely. We frequently partner with community organizations to create donation-linked magnets with QR code or NFC tags that go directly to fundraising pages.
How long do orders take?
Custom and one-off orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Bulk or branded orders may take up to 10-14 business days, depending on volume and design setup.
Can I use multiple photos in a bulk order?
Bulk pricing applies to 1-2 photos or designs per order. If you’d like to use multiple images, no problem, we can mix photos for a small setup fee per design.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We ship anywhere in the U.S. using USPS or UPS. Local pickup is available in Michigan when scheduled in advance.
