We take great care in packaging, but if something arrives damaged, please reach out within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll replace it right away.

Because every magnet is custom-made, we don’t accept returns. However, if there’s ever an issue with quality or printing, we’ll make it right.

Yes! NFC-enabled magnets are + $1 per magnet. Custom programming is included in that fee.

We recommend booking 3-6 months in advance to secure your date, especially for weekends or large festivals.

Yes, a $250 non-refundable deposit secures your event date. The remaining balance is due one week before your event. Can I sponsor magnets for a nonprofit or fundraiser? Definitely. We frequently partner with community organizations to create donation-linked magnets with QR code or NFC tags that go directly to fundraising pages.

Custom and one-off orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Bulk or branded orders may take up to 10-14 business days, depending on volume and design setup.

Bulk pricing applies to 1-2 photos or designs per order. If you’d like to use multiple images, no problem, we can mix photos for a small setup fee per design.

Yes! We ship anywhere in the U.S. using USPS or UPS. Local pickup is available in Michigan when scheduled in advance.
